Why not come along and give our Freestyle class or Adult Gymnastics class a go, if you want to learn how to perform the awesome free running and break dancing style moves, or you just want to learn some gymnastics moves then these are the classes for you, you must be over the age of 16 to participate in these classes. We run a freestyle class for Adults on Wednesday evenings from 9pm - 11pm, and an Adults Gymnastics class on Mondays from 7.30pm - 9.30pm.
This session is for all those who are interested in both Freestyle gymnastics and General gymnastics.
This session is pay as you go, however, British Gymnastics membership is still required for all participants.
