About Mackenzie....
Mackenzie started at the Swallows in January 2009, beginning in the Recreational session on a Saturday morning.
It was not long before the coaches asked Mackenzie to join a Development group training twice a week.
Mackenzie has a number of County titles to her name, as well as coming third at the Wiltshire Open in 2011. Mackenzie hopes to compete at next year’s Compulsory 4 Grades competition and is currently working towards this.
Mackenzie is the County Apparatus Champion for Level 5, 8 years and a member of the Cornwall County Squad.
Jonathan Murray
About Jonathan....
Jonny began his Gymnastics at the age of 4 1/2 after being spotted by a Coach at a School's session at his Primary School. Jonny came along to the Club and began his time within the Recreational classes.
At the age of 7, Jonny was asked to join the Boy's competition group to begin to train towards the NDP competitions. Jonny made the South West Team in 2010 and was asked to become part of the South West Squad.
Jonny represented the County this October at the South West Inter Counties where the Team comprising of all the Club's gymnasts gained 4th place overall.

About Jonathan....

Tom Rimmer
About Tom....
Tom had been a gymnast at the Swallows since September 2002.
Tom began his gymnastics within the Pre school classes and has progressed through the levels. Tom currently trains four times a week with the Boy’s competition squads.
Tom has attended a number of South West competitions and has always performed to his very best.
Alongside his training, Tom has now joined the coaching team and assists the coaches with the Saturday Recreational session.

Matthew Heaney
About Matthew....
Matthew has come through the Club from the Pre school classes.
Matthew was selected to join the competition squad at the age of 7 and has progressed through the levels performing earlier this year at the National Finals for Elite Grades
Level 1.
Matthew was a member of the South West Team, and competing at this high level was a fantastic experience.
Matthew and the team gained a Bronze medal for their efforts.
Matthew is currently a member of the Boy’s South West Squad that meet to train five times a year.

Maea has been a member of the Club for six years, initially attending the Recreational sessions.
Maea, indeed, showed a flair for gymnastics following in her sister’s footsteps. Maea joined a development group at the age of six years training twice a week with the competition squad.
Maea has many County titles to her name as well as passing National Grade 8 in 2011.
Maea is the current County Floor and Vault Champion and also a member of the Cornwall County Squad.
