| Swallows of Helston is a gymnastics club with approximately 600 members, attending weekly, ranging from under 1 years of age to adults. Founded in 1976, Swallows current premises are at the Water-Ma-Trout Industrial Estate.
A broad range of classes are run incorporating all ages at recreational, display and competitive levels. The Club also operates a full school Key Step support coaching programme at local Primary schools with a number of schools choosing to attend the club for gym sessions.
Adult Gym is becoming ever popular with sessions run after normal gym classes have finished.
The future is even more exciting with plans underway for a brand new 16,000sq.ft gym to be built on the outskirts of Helston which would be the centre of the sporting community.
